Overpopulation

 China has the highest population in the world, encompassing 1.2 billion or twenty one percent of the world's population. China faces serious social and economic problems associated with overpopulation in the years to come. China's population control policy. The Chinese government has used several methods to control population growth.

  In fact, although China has a population control policy, but still have many families have more than 1 child. Especially in some areas, no matter people rich or not, they want more child for carry on the family line or labor to feed the family. This is very normal in the society, government cannot stop this and some get the profit from the families, and they have many ways to avoid the census.

  When I’m in middle school, most of my classmates are Teochew people. Most of them have more than one sister or brother, because they are rich and tradition. The one reason is the culture, in the past, parents wants to have a boy, because when the boy grow up he can take care of the family. In the rural areas, boy means labour, can help the family to earn money. Another reason is, every family only have one child, the children will feel alone when they grow up, it lead to some problems of the teenage in China society right now.
